The Races will consist of 4 Races: 100 - 125 (activation) 150 - 175 miles, 200 - 225 miles, 250 - 275 miles and 300 - 350 Final Race.

Must be 18 years or older to enter the race.

The Perch Fee is $125 per bird or $500 for 5 birds.

The Perch Fee is due upon arrival (this is a NON-REFUNDABLE Fee).

Birds will be accepted from February 1^st to May 19^th.

Replacements are accepted until June 15^th.

Failure to send perch fee, the bird would not enter the loft/system until payment is received.

The Entry Fee is $250, due after the Activation Race.

All birds returning from the Activation Race must be activated.

The Activation Race will not count towards the average speed.

Any bird not making it to the 150 - 175 miles race, the entry fee will be refunded.

If the activation fee is not paid after the activation race or before the 150 - 175 mile race, the bird will be sold on a first-come, first-serve basis.

Payment must be payable to Terra Sky One Loft Race, any check returned NSF will have a $35 NSF fee.

15% will be held for race expenses.

The use of PayPal and Credit Card payment options is a convenient setup by Terra Sky.

Terra Sky is NOT responsible for the Non-refundable processing fees the services have.

Terra Sky committee will not be permitted to enter birds.

If prizes are still outstanding at the end of the second day, any prize left at that time will be distributed evenly among the birds that have arrived.

If a bird does not clock due to piggybacking or clock/chip malfunction and the race committee verifies that the bird was on the drop, it will be placed last in the drop order.

If two or more birds are in the first drop, prizes will be added up and split equally(after that it will be clocking order).

Terra Sky will not be held responsible for birds lost to unforeseen events (illness, injury, failure to return from training or races, etc.)

Race dates are subject to change due to weather conditions and the loft manager can change the release location and time.

Only the loft manager is allowed in the loft, no one will be allowed to handle any bird until the shipping night.

All training and races will be a north course.

The activation race will not count towards Average Speed.

All prizes will be paid by the drop and then clocking order.

All prize money must be claimed by December 30^th.

Terra Sky will not hold checks for payments for perch fees or activations.

When signing up for a team or syndicate there must be one person assigned as the point of contact for bird fees and earnings.

A W-9 form needs to be submitted to Terra Sky for breeders winning over $600.

Any bird being returned after races to the breeder, the breeder will be required to have all shipping expenses paid.

Shipping expenses are determined by the shipping service (USPS) selected.

Terra Sky is not responsible if any delayed or lost shipping within the shipping service.

If a bird is not claimed within 15 Days of the final race, it will become the property of Terra Sky and then be donated to a local club.
